The Resort’s goal was to increase bookings by motivating leisure travelers (including couples, families and skiers) to choose The Resort at Squaw Creek for their next vacation or weekend getaway.

Analytics
Using cluster definitions and data analysis techniques on past guest data, appropriately targeted mailing lists were developed.

Imagination
The strategy was to deliver four mail pieces, dropping in October, November, January and March.

Results
The campaign generated more than $4.1 million in sales.

The AAA Four Diamond luxury resort offers 365 resort rooms and residential style suites on 195-acres of Sierra Nevada Mountain paradise. Managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, the resort also features four dining venues, three heated swimming pools, a 120-foot water slide, an 18-hole championship golf course, two lighted tennis courts, an exclusive chairlift, a private ice rink, sledding hill and 18 kilometers of cross country skiing terrain.
