Located in the highly competitive Denver market, The Inverness needed to reposition the property and re-energize its brand identity within the leisure, group and corporate markets.

Marketing insights indicated that focusing on the customers’ diverse use of the property would be a refreshing change in the hospitality industry, and would afford an opportunity to leverage the unique differences The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center possesses.
Imagination
An integrated campaign incorporated print advertising, direct marketing, E-mail, and the call center for pre-qualification of leads and campaign management.
Results
The campaign delivered 2,200 room nights, which translates into approximately $350,000 of room night revenue.
The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center boasts 302 rooms, including 18 suites, all with high-speed Internet access, administrative support and teleconferencing capabilities. Its 60,000 square foot conference center contains 31 state-of-the-art meeting rooms. Five restaurants, a PGA-Championship golf course, and fitness center are among a host of other fine amenities. |
