CONSUMER DIRECT MAIL
The objectives of this direct
mail campaign were to increase summer stays at the Pointe South Mountain Resort and to build awareness of The Oasis water park.
Analytics
Previous summer guest profiles were analyzed to identify prospective summer guests.
Imagination
Using insights learned from the guest profile analysis, creative concepts were defined to appeal to the identified interests. A three-contact direct mail program was developed
and executed.
Results
The program generated several hundred thousand dollars in sales. The first mailing alone produced more revenue than three mailings the previous year.
Pointe South Mountain Resort is a AAA Four Diamond 220-acre mountainside destination resort seated at the base of the South Mountain Preserve in Phoenix. Managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, the resort features 640 suites; the Oasis, a six-acre water park; an 18-hole championship golf course; six unique themed restaurants; and the ISPA-certified Phantom Horse Athletic Club and Spa. |
